“I will forever be grateful for the bartender that was on duty Saturday night, January 13th. My sister arrived via Amtrak, but because of the snow and extremely cold subzero temperatures was not able to get a cab. She was able to stay warm inside the bar until a family member picked her up. She was offered a warm drink and pizza and the bartender even went across the street and Rescued her luggage. 🧳 He went above and beyond. If their service to patrons is anything like their kindness to strangers, this bar deserves even more than five stars!!!!!“

“What a perfect Valentine's Day meal❣️ Our waitress was wonderful, the bar made the perfect drinks, and the manager Victoria Karr stopped by our table to check on how we were. “I can’t rate the food I didn’t know they had any, but the customer service was excellent and it was very clean. My whole family had a blast playing the games. The atmosphere was on point. The air hockey table has seen better days but all the other games made up for it. It was my first time there but it will not be my last. I wish I could give them more stars because that was a legendary experience.“

“I had lunch on today 8/29/26 with a friend. Our server Jasmine was by far the friendliest, most efficient, attentive and had impeccable customer service. She made the atmosphere, pleasant and for all her attributes; I say thanks so much. Please if you go to Chili’s in Lee’s Summit ask for Jasmine (you will not be disappointed👍🏼.
