“Amazing store, good selection of local items! The only complaint I have is that the young lady behind working behind the counter was wearing a fake Van Cleef & Arples necklace! It was based on the gold and onyx vintage alhambra necklace, which I own an auth of. This is not very classy or professional to try and wear something so obviously fake. Do better!!“
“Well I killed it in pool the night me and my cousin came here!!! Everyone I played was polite, and shook hands when they accepted defeat. Very sportsmanlike. Drinks were made fast and good. Love music was playing when we first got there and the guy has a good voice.“
“Tucked inside a non-descript shopping center, this little town bar has all the charm of a great drinking establishment: Cheap prices, eclectic atmosphere, and well, some eclectic people. Always good fun! This place is alcohol only, no real menu to speak of, so if you are hungry, stop into one of the take-out restaurants nearby and bring it in with you. It if definitely worth the trip.“
“I always love ordering from 54th Street! They have quick service and amazing food! The staff is friendly and cheerful even during dinner rush! The parking lot is a little small but there are a few extra spots available in the back, and they are typically able to seat us even if the lot is full!“
“1 word to sum up this establishment: Exceptional. My wife and I have been regularly dining here (either in house or takeout) for over 5yrs, and I've been a patron longer than that.We have not only never had a bad experience here but we've never had a bad meal. The food is all high quality, well prepared and always delicious, and our favorite thing to do on Fridays is await what the weekend special will be. Jayson is an absolute master at his craft and has made a truly unique KC style pizza. The staff knows us by name and treat us incredibly well. My wife recently had a baby and not only did they express excitement when I came in to get an order for pickup since they hadn't seen us in several weeks, but they asked about my wife and in subsequent visits have asked about the baby.We recommend this joint to EVERYBODY.“
“Came in for a "businesses meeting." Anyway, they have the prettiest bartender, Lisa. She hustled to keep all us old Contractors with beverages. It's a small place with a pool tables, darts, and TVs. I can't review the food, my appetite got washed away. But if you're looking for a quiet place to wet your whistle, you should give this place a try. Safe area too.“
“Had the biscuits and gravy with sausage and "cheesy" eggs. Biscuits and gravy were excellent. Sausage was more like a braut than breakfast sausage. Had an incredibly tough casing and was nearly impossible to cut with a regular table knife. Needed a steak knife. They must have run out of cheese as there was none in the eggs.“
“To start off, the restaurant was busy. The greeter was extremely rude (1 star) from our first interaction until she took my payment. We were seated in a back corner off of the main room. After we were seated and given chips, no one came by for about 20 minutes. I finally poked my head around the corner to flag someone down. The manager came over and I mentioned no one had helped us and he came over and took over our table. He did a great job (5 stars) and our food was pretty good.“
“Houlihan's is our favorite restaurant. The food is consistently good with great variety. Service is always exemplary. Try the Heartland Grilled chicken salad. The chicken is moist and tender. The dressing isn't overpowering, and the veggies are fresh.“
“Stuey's after a work event. We def needed. Sat @ the bar while our hubs sat elsewhere. Our bartender was constantly checking in on us. There was another patron there (who seems to be a regular). He was def fun and gave us the energy we needed! Mixed crowd, good for people watching.“
“I recently attended a graduation party. They provided a party room with plenty of space for this well attended event.I really like the concept with this business where you can eat, drink beer, and play pinball.Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring your children. They can play games and there is plenty of space to move around.“
“What a unique, cozy bar! This place has delightful Prohibition era cocktails and any modern mixed drink you could want. Adam, the bartender and owner, is both knowledgeable and personable. My boyfriend ordered an old fashioned and Adam made me a custom non-alcoholic fruit drink. Definitely will be back and will recommend to family and friends!“
“Beer has gotten much better over the years. BBQ is alright, a little dry and plain as far as flavor but serviceable. Owner's father makes brown sugar bourbon which you can buy a bottle of at the restaurant, quite tasty. You can also get cigars here!“
