“I didn't have anything to eat while I was there so I can't really rate their food but the service is kind of crazy you have to go get your own drink. The atmosphere was great. The karaoke is great. I'm a karaoke presenter myself and when I give somebody a great review for karaoke they have great karaoke“

“This was the first time I have been to Dirty Harry's and friends of mine play in the band The underdogs. I celebrated my birthday on Saturday February 22nd and the band played. The staff was just wonderful taking care of us and we just had a wonderful time. Great atmosphere and good food I will definitely go back.“

“I've been to Big John's a few times, and have always been treated well, with very reasonably priced drinks. The reason for the review though was because of my most recent experience. My family and I got caught in the storm that everyone did during Santacaligon days. The bartender that evening told me to bring my family inside to be safe. She was worried about our kids. Not only did she give us a safe place to hang out, she also offered my kids some soda's and lots of kindness. She could tell they were worried. I left to go help people with their booths, but my wife, kids and friends stayed until it was safe to leave. They felt welcomed, treated very well. I didn't get the bartenders name that night, but I wish to Thank her for her kindness!“
“I will forever be grateful for the bartender that was on duty Saturday night, January 13th. My sister arrived via Amtrak, but because of the snow and extremely cold subzero temperatures was not able to get a cab. She was able to stay warm inside the bar until a family member picked her up. She was offered a warm drink and pizza and the bartender even went across the street and Rescued her luggage. 🧳 He went above and beyond. If their service to patrons is anything like their kindness to strangers, this bar deserves even more than five stars!!!!!“

“This is a unique restaurant. Our food was very good. BLT with onion straws, chicken special with mashed potatoes and green beans, house salad and open face pot roast sandwich with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Service was great. Skip the chain restaurants and support a local establishment. You won’t be disappointed.“

“I can’t rate the food I didn’t know they had any, but the customer service was excellent and it was very clean. My whole family had a blast playing the games. The atmosphere was on point. The air hockey table has seen better days but all the other games made up for it. It was my first time there but it will not be my last. I wish I could give them more stars because that was a legendary experience.“

“Sometimes the service is slow. The food is always on point for the price! I get something different every time I go in. I don't recommend the fish and chips or coleslaw. Tacos are awesome, prime rib is good. Tenderloin is amazing....“
“The DJ on Saturday did a great job on playing a good mix of songs and taking requests. A lot of pop/club songs and there seems to be a line dance to all of them. Overall a fun an experience to people watch. My only complaint is they do allow smoking indoors and the smell is pretty strong“

“I had lunch on today 8/29/26 with a friend. Our server Jasmine was by far the friendliest, most efficient, attentive and had impeccable customer service. She made the atmosphere, pleasant and for all her attributes; I say thanks so much. Please if you go to Chili’s in Lee’s Summit ask for Jasmine (you will not be disappointed👍🏼. “I Came in to 39th st location at 8:00pm to grab order of Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. Lady said they were out of Nashville hot so I went with whatever else they had. Came back 10 minutes later and said they were also out of mozzarella sticks. I feel if a store closes at 10:00 they shouldn't start closing at 8:00. Bad customer service.“
