It's obvious Firebirds takes pride in their food. The taste and quality are excellent. The service is quite good however some suggestions. Food runners need to be trained a bit better. When serving an entree, it should be served with the main dish facing the guest; not away from the guest (flip the plate around). I wanted to have a lovely brunch with my two favorite friends. We had a wonderful time and our server. Ryan was so friendly and went above and beyond to give us excellent service. His recommendations for us were spot on! From the drinks to the delicious salmon Benedict. as we sat there and watched Ryan serve the other customers, We realized he treats everyone special, and makes us feel like he is really glad we are there. Finally decided to try this place out. Glad we did. The food was exceptional, as was the service. A nice atmosphere, some classic rock playing. Prices were in line with other similar establishments. We were really pleased with this first visit.
