Firebirds in Lees Summit is my ultimate happy place, and their double black diamond martini is the star of the show! I recently treated myself to this heavenly concoction, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny. From the first sip to the last, it's a taste sensation like no other. And let's not forget about the food - their fired-up shrimp and Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are absolute game-changers. Each bite is a burst of flavor that leaves me wanting more. So, whether you're looking for a place to unwind after a long day or kick off the weekend in style, Firebirds always delivers. With fantastic drinks, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere, it's no wonder I keep coming back for more. Cheers to Firebirds for always bringing the heat!

I decided to stop in for lunch for one of their lunch combos. I ordered BLT salad which was very good but forgot to ask for the dressing on side. I also got the Chicken Tortillas soup. This has to be the best Chicken Tortillas soup. It has so much flavor in it. Service was quick and attentive. I sat in the covered patio area which was super nice on such a beautiful day. Highly recommend checking them out.

We usually enjoy eating here but the last time in was really disappointing. We were a table of 8 and the service was underwhelming to say at least. Some of the riders were not entered correctly. Getting drinks and the refills seemed to be an unfair concept.I m sure it was just a bad day.

The food was delicious! It has been a while since I have eaten here and the prices were higher than I expected but that is everywhere nowadays. We got there before the dinner rush so it was pretty quiet. Server was nice enough.

I loved my food, experience and atmosphere. My server Audra was amazing. She spoke well of the food I selected and I was NOT disappointed. The off the clock drink was exactly what I needed. Thank you Audra. I'll be seeing you again.

Pricey and Bland! We had 3 in our party, 2 had different burgers and one steak, burgers the meat had no flavor except a little on the crust, topping were decent, the aged ribeye didn't taste very aged, a good aged steak has a funk (a good funk)could not taste that at all was a very bland steak no hearty flavor not juicy even though med rare. The street corn....is not street corn at all, they think a bowl of grilled corn and tomatoes is street corn tiny bowl of that for $7.... no ingredients that are needed to be street corn are in this...very disappointing experience, apparently this is another restaurant for people that judge thier food by the area its in and price as to how good it is because the food is not good..our server was great and even agreed she finds the food rather boring. Ohh but the Crème brûlée cheesecake was excellent although they lied about it being brûléad to order as the top was cold and you could tell they scraped the raspberry sauce off as we ordered it without.

Finally decided to try this place out. Glad we did. The food was exceptional, as was the service. A nice atmosphere, some classic rock playing. Prices were in line with other similar establishments. We were really pleased with this first visit.

It's obvious Firebirds takes pride in their food. The taste and quality are excellent. The service is quite good however some suggestions. Food runners need to be trained a bit better. When serving an entree, it should be served with the main dish facing the guest; not away from the guest (flip the plate around). Food runner should ask the guests if anything else is needed before running off. Wine glasses should only be held by the stem (I had fingerprints and grim on my wine glass that was served with my sparkling soda. Servers should box up any leftovers rather than plopping down boxes on the table unless the customer requests otherwise. Great food, nice atmosphere; just a little polishing up to make it perfect!

Audra is amazing. Only asking for her tables from now on…only eating there during her shifts. Check her out Wed- Sat! Ask to sit at her table!

I wanted to have a lovely brunch with my two favorite friends. We had a wonderful time and our server. Ryan was so friendly and went above and beyond to give us excellent service. His recommendations for us were spot on! From the drinks to the delicious salmon Benedict. as we sat there and watched Ryan serve the other customers, We realized he treats everyone special, and makes us feel like he is really glad we are there. Firebirds is always a place I choose for a special occasion or when out of town guests arrive.

Overall temperature was cold in the restaurant otherwise atmosphere was great. We aren't ones to complain, but something we all spoke about briefly. Seated in the dining room section where Happy Hour specials do not apply. Should it matter where patrons sit in the restaurant to enjoy your specials? Service was excellent! Two managers came by to check on us with minutes, which seemed a bit odd, but ok.
