Second time I tried the new Philly sandwich. This time, at this second location, there was about half the meat, no onions, no peppers. The bun to meat ratio was just sad. The way you make a sandwich can be a zero or a hero, and man, they missed an opportunity to make this a permanent menu items if this is the way they handle this new product.

Arby's is a restaurant where customers can expect friendly service from the staff. The drive-thru is efficient, and orders are often accurate and hot. The dining area is clean, although it can be bright. The 4 for $10 deal is a good value, and the sandwiches meet expectations. The new brisket sandwich is sliced thin. The Bacon Turkey Sandwich is the best. Kids are welcome, they have menu plans for them. The drive-thru worker is extremely friendly, always gets the order right, and makes the experience super easy.
