I placed an order through the app to pick up at the counter at 9:30 p.m. the lobby is open until 10:00 p.m., but when I got there at 9:38 they had already locked the doors. So I had to go sit and drive-thru for 35 minutes behind 8 cars in a truck that was on the on the verge of running out of gas, which is why I chose to go to the inside in the first place. Business hours are not a suggestion, if your lobby is supposed to be open till 10:00 then it needs to be open until 10:00
I love the food at Burger King but this location’s customer service is the worst. Every single time. Whenever I am inside at the counter, the employees take way too long to acknowledge me. Then when I finally do get a chance to speak to them, they act like I’m bothering them. Also, if you’re hoping to get a theme meal like DragonBall Z, How to Train Your Dragon, etc. they never have all the things that you’re supposed to get with your meal. They barely...read full review
Look normally I don't say anything. But I ordered a power pack and got a Goku toy. I ordered a King Jr kids meal and did not. Instead I got some blue dinosaur not a Dragonball toy as advertised. Now the ONLY reason I ate there was to get the toys (plural). And then when I tried to talk to someone about it (the real review reason) they walked away and disappeared into the back. However, some visitors are disappointed to find that despite banners claiming the restaurant is open 24 hours, the location often closes at night, and the drive-thru intercom indicates it is closed. This inconsistency can be frustrating for customers expecting to be served at any hour.
