Two weeks in a row, we’ve came to BK and greeted by the sweetest young lady. Our most recent visit was tonight, 08/27. BK management, figure out who this is and pass this review to her; she is so good! The food is hot, fresh, and really good. Keep doing what you’re doing, and we’ll be back! Give that girl a raise!
The temperature inside is 69 degrees. Why does it have to be so cold, can't enjoy the food. Guess we will need to eat somewhere else.
Don’t know why this establishment has a low rating🤔. We were here last night and it was exceptional! Upon arrival to the parking lot (which has ample spots), we looked upon what seemed akin to a Burger King mansion (which is by far more impressive than the usual Burger King’s we have previously dined at). Burger King offers a friendly and efficient drive-thru experience. Children are given crowns, adding a fun touch for families. The food is fresh, and the staff is praised for their kindness, making it a pleasant surprise even during busy times. The cleanliness and fast service contribute to a positive environment, leaving a lasting impression and encouraging customers to return.
The taller employee is described as funny and kind, providing excellent customer service. Despite the busy Friday evening, the staff remained focused and acknowledged customers, ensuring orders were correct without long wait times. The new pickle fries were a highlight, and the Whopper, cheeseburger, and fries were considered better than McDonald's. One suggestion for improvement is to add onions to the cheeseburgers.
On busy days, staff can seem stressed and may be understaffed, especially during high volume times like evenings. Customers have noted that the employees work hard but can be overwhelmed, with order screens covered and longer waits. Despite this, staff try to be helpful and polite.
Customers also appreciate helpful staff like Tyra, who was very nice and offered reassurance when a customer forgot to use a discount code. She was pleasant and had a pretty smile, making the experience more positive.
However, some visitors are disappointed to find that despite banners claiming the restaurant is open 24 hours, the location often closes at night, and the drive-thru intercom indicates it is closed. This inconsistency can be frustrating for customers expecting to be served at any hour.
