Firehouse Subs Summit Springs offers a mix of experiences. Some customers have reported delays in service, with overwhelmed staff. Others have praised the excellent customer service. The food quality is consistently very good. The atmosphere has been noted as welcoming, though the lobby was unclean with dirty tables and floor. Despite some ups and downs, it remains a place worth revisiting for a tasty meal.
