“I’m from NY. I hope that means something because this pizza tastes like NY. I got a slice of cheese and a slice of pep along with a Pibb. Ironically that’s what I would get when I was out and about when I was younger. The entire experience was great! Not too much sauce, and the sauce is terribly fresh. The crust has bite and is airy. The whole slice is delicious. I’ll be coming back as much as possible. This is what I dream of when I think of pizza.“

“Big RAVE for an employee named, Chase, at Papa Murphy's Pizza! We loved their pizza, but haven't had it in a few years, so wanted to get one of our past favs tonight. I ordered the Cowboy Pizza. “Weather in the area was pretty bad last night, but we needed something to eat so we ordered Domino's. Got there and I could see they were super busy but my order was ready, correct, and the staff was pleasant. I overheard several people complaining about waiting and about how long they had been told a delivery would take. I'm amazed at how anybody could have been upset, the roads were treacherous, they could have just shut down but they stayed open and did a great job!“

We ate the cheese pizza, spaghetti, Alfredo and an Italian sub. We ordered it online ahead of time and they had it waiting for us on time. We will be returning!“

“Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service. “We just picked up a large Cowboy pizza with extra cheese and a medium taco pizza. The crew seemed like they were in a hurry to get the order done. In their haste, the taco pizza had no refried beans and no taco sauce, the extra cheese on the Cowboy wasn't there either. This is our first visit at this store as our location in Raytown closed. I hope our next visit is a little better.“

Recently I tried the hot honey pepperoni and as a pineapple on pizza guy I enjoyed the creativity behind it, and the salty/sweet profile. The pizza is cooked near a big open flame so there will be some charring, it's part of the allure, it's not burnt. I got a kick out of reading some of the recent one star reviews about this place. Seems to me like there are too many gluten intolerant Karens in the area, so keep an eye out for that. Service for me has mostly been good, but they do employ the youth and it's true that you'll occasionally come across an inattentive server or a cashier that tries to avoid taking your order. Would be nice to have a few tvs in the dining area.“

“I tried Martin City Brewing Company pizza for the first time this week at the South Plaza location and was absolutely blown away. There is nothing like it in KC. This evening, I wanted to share this amazing food with my family, so I ordered from the closest location to my residence, Mission Farms. The delivery was handled through a service called Toast. The order arrived missing items (most notably the pretzels with beer cheese with special mustard), and the pizza was cold. I called the Mission Farms location and was helped by a fantastic manager in training named Shawna. She was immediately intent on making the situation right. A short time later, Shawna herself arrived at my home with a hot pizza and everything else I ordered (those pretzels and beer cheese!). I can’t say enough about the overall quality of Martin City’s food, but the service is above and beyond. Thanks to Shawna, my family is a customer for life.“

Delivery is reliably fast and the food always arrives hot and in great condition. With such a wide variety of options at reasonable prices, it's hard to order from anywhere else. called and tried to place my order with their AI bot, randomly stopped working halfway thru multiple times.
not a problem, i can call again.

order placed and ready within fifteen minutes.
upon arrival, i tried using apple pay, but the card reader wasn’t working.
the cashier was a lil odd, asking if it was locked/if i was sure etc. (i have literally never locked my card so this wasn’t the case)
tried 3 different cards and none worked.
the manager was extremely calm and just offered me my meal for free. great customer service, i would have been really sad and hungry.
I would suggest placing an order online and paying with cash, though. Learned my lesson for next time!
I will consider this place a cash only business from now on, as it was pretty uncomfortable with the cashier kinda acting like i didn’t have the money (until the manager came out).

“I had the greek salad here, and it was one of the best salads I've ever had, like, in my LIFE! You get a ton of food, and it's got fresh klamata olives, cucumbers, feta, everything popped! And the pita chips are actually fresh pita bread that's toasted in-house, so you can make your own little gyros if you want.

An additional staff member that wasn't even our server also brought me the greatest hot sauce to try out on the side! Everyone is super nice here and the food is always awesome. Definitely coming back and recommending.“
