“I never write reviews… and when I do they’re almost exclusively negative to warn others, BUT I needed to write a review to commend the young lady working the phone. There was inconsistency with my order total and what was withdrawn from my account so I called the store…. To be honest I was already assuming it was going to be met with attitude and difficulty as are most customer service calls… especially during a dinner time rush. I was extremely delighted because she answered the call with no impatience or irritability in her tone. I explained my inquiry and she explained why the inconsistency occurred, said they would make sure I get the receipt and was overall very professional and pleasant.“
“Chiefs win on Saturday. Cut my grass Sunday. I want some damn pizza!!!! And I went to the right place to get it. Took a chance after reading reviews and this place was awesome! Customer service with a smile !!! The girl behind the counter was super sweet and polite. Opened the box so i could see my pizza before I paid so I wouldn't be disappointed with a bad product once I got home. True etiquette. She deserves a pay raise! Even saw a guy in the back of the kitchen cleaning the walls. Someone cleaning? Whaaaaaa!!!!!! He deserves a pay raise! I loved it!!! I'm really not sure about the other reviews but maybe after this one we can start seeing good reviews for this location. From what I saw today they deserve it. Pros: ---- Food on time. Food hot. “1/31/24 (Delivery)Iv had Domino's for years.Tonight for dinner was cold food.Pizza cold, chicken wings is my favorite, but not tonight. They looked cooked, little to no sauce, and was cold. Maybe they was sitting around for while and they just added smudge of sauce and called it day?They wasn't even crispy. Wasn't normal. They was more, rubbery and cooked just enough to pass off?Normally when I get chicken wings they burn my mouth and a bit crisp. But not on this 55° delivery night.From ordering to delivery only took 45. Not sure why the food tasted like 2 hours old. ?$35 waste..“
“Wow! Terrific pizza, location, atmosphere as d overall diving experience! Impressive lunch! The pizza is voted one of the best in the area, and now I know why! It was ordered as desired and didn't disappoint! The crust of the pizza is truly one of the best I've ever tasted! Impeccable product! The building was beautiful and inviting, inside and out! “This review will be a long one they deserve the recognition.Big Belly's is a PHENOMENAL restaurant.Pros:The servings are incredible, me and my girlfriend both ordered "small" and it was about regular plating, I imagine the big portion is BIG.For appetizers we got the sampler platter with Mozzarella Logs, Nachos and goat cheese balls with honey. The nacho chips are made in house but in my girlfriend's opinion it was missing either more cheese or a stronger cheese, I found it good as it was. The goat cheese balls are great if you like goat cheese however if they were made smaller I believe the ratio of breading to cheese would be better. The mozzarella logs and marinara were fantastic. :)I ordered the rattlesnake pasta and it was easily in my list of favorite pasta ever. Well seasoned, a tad spicy (the way I like it), and perfectly cooked. We also had the chicken Parm and the flavor was great, the breaded chicken was cooked perfectly, still moist inside. The side risotto that was ordered with it was good too just needed a tad more salt nothing big. We also got loaded BBQ belly fries they were amazing. Not a traditional Julian cut fry they are home made potato discs, the best surface area fry to be loaded with other things.They also help the less fortunate and are a shining example of a proper small business with their heads in the right place.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.Cons (mostly for the owner):Be sure to thoroughly clean and dry all dishes there were no major issues but it was still visible.The garlic bread still needs work. While it is fine it needs more garlic and both sides need to be toasted equally.The atmosphere inside is fine, for now, but the outside needs to be decorated a bit. Adding potted plants and signs to the windows might be a bit tacky but it's a start until you can pretty it up more.Also salt and pepper shakers on every table if possible or ask if customers would like some. I also personally like red chili flakes but that's just my preference not a necessity.“
“We order from here for the first time and the owner (I think owner) was amazing! While we were waiting for our food to finish, he let us try a slice before our meal. Probably one of the best pizza places I have had. And the wingsss, oh my goodness, cooked perfectly as well as sauced. I would definitely recommend!“
“Man!!! My husband and i stumbled upon Providence by the Slice during the big12 tournament, and when i tell you it's legit.....it's legit!!! Pizza is my love language and Providence was putting a ring on it at first bite!!The pizza is killer, the service is amazing, the cannolis....to die for.There are few things i love but providence & iowa state cyclones are definitely towards the top of that list.“
“Visited on a weeknight and got to hear Nick Nave, which he did a wonderful job. The vibe at Sail Away was laid back and the concept of self service wine is a unique idea to me anyway. It was easy to figure out after a short tutorial from the friendly waitstaff. The nice think about this concept is that you get to try a wide variety of wines, from relatively low cost to expensive without having to splurge.“

“This location is the best place to get food in Raytown. Been in there several times the last 6 months and ALWAYS receive friendly and great service. The 2 young gentleman that helped me Devon and the other I am sorry, I forgot his name; however, they are a shining light for their generation. I hope that these 2 young men can mentor their peers and teach them how to be just like themselves! Simply amazing!“
