They don't seem to understand their own promotions. Asked for One of the three boxes for their toy story 5 promotion. They said they didn't know what I was talking about and that all the boxes are the same.
OK so I understand the taste isn’t for everyone, so this post won't address that polarzing subject, but our Raytown Papa John's is absolutely stellar. I've been ordering from there on a near-weekly basis for I what want to say is the last 8-9 years (and so I will). In all that time, which by my calculations is over 400 pizzas, they have never made a single mistake on my order. Not only that, but they have never once been late.
