“The more I go to Fazoli's, the more I like it. So much, that I talked a friend into trying it. He had double lasagnia and was completely happy and full. I had fettachinni alfredo with chicken. Great food! But I have to mention the outstanding service!! Gift card w/a balance was a major hassle. But Fazoli's staff was persistent and solved repeat attempts to charge the card. Thank you guys!! I really appreciate the effort! I would have failed miserably and given up. You guys rock!“

“My first time dining here was great! Everyone's food came out HOT, not warm. The drinks could've been a little stronger but that's personal preference. We came in after shopping at Menards and to our surprise everyone we saw were dressed in "comfortable clothes", so we didn't feel like we had to be dressed up. The atmosphere was laid back. Our waitress, Chelsea, was amazing. I would definitely request to sit her section The next time I visit!“
“Stopped by here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. The ingredients and flavors were definitely Italian, but had a Mexican twist. For example, the Piadas are a wrap sandwich, but they also have “Piadadillas” which were the piadas in the form of a quesadilla. The food was tasty and fresh and the service was good. But the main thing I liked was that they offer something new and different. Prices were very reasonable also. Oh, and they brought a basket of Italian bread and piada chips with dipping oil when you sit down.“

“We were in town from Vegas, for the vision automotive conference, staying at the Marriott. We ordered $100 in food and it was delivered with zero plates or cutlery (I did let them know I was staying in a hotel and needed stuff.) We ordered pastas, salads and pizza and also dessert.Let me say the person that takes phone orders Jeffrey is great. He had great answers and recommendations.Being in the industry myself I was really sad that we got all this food with no way to eat it. My kids were so hungry they just ate with their hands. I did end up calling back because we had some missing items too and the manager, Conner was amazing and fixed everything. He made it all right.Tho the situation wasn't my favorite.. the food was ? and so was the customer servixe. I would order again just based on that. And the fact that the manager Conner took his time to listen and make everything right makes it a place I will always come back to. It's refreshing to have businesses that still care.“
“My first taste is the four Portobello stuffed mushrooms my second of course is lasagna and my third and most favorite meal is a good cannoli in fact I have two pictures of it a top view and a side view also I had a waitress named Jamie and she was very knowledgeable she listened well she served well but I had a question she could not answer and the chef was happy to give her the correct reply and it is great when you're waitress and Chef will communicate for the customer she did a great job as far as waitresses go I couldn't have asked for anything more but a blessing on helping me have a wonderful meal there at that restaurant God bless the restaurant staff and the wonderful food they have served me and my girlfriend.Jamie, thank you for your time, talent, and energy.
