“I haven’t been to Fazolis in nearly 20 years and decided to try it again today. My family was impressed with the quality, taste and value for what we got. We ate the cheese pizza, spaghetti, Alfredo and an Italian sub. We ordered it online ahead of time and they had it waiting for us on time. We will be returning!“

“Great date night, atmosphere was romantic and waitress friendly and on point. Thanks Claudia for taking care of us! Food was great from appetizer, salad and seafood pasta entrees, but the best tiramisu ever! Beyond what we ever expected in the strip mall with a grocery store. Definitely adding it to favorite Italian restaurant list of all travels.“

“This restaurant has now become one of our favorite Italian restaurants! We celebrated my husband birthday there and had an absolutely wonderful night, from the food, to the atmosphere, to the service! Our server Sam made our evening! He was attentive and enjoyable! “Bailey, our server, was one of the best servers I've ever had. We had a party of 8, and she was on top of things better than most servers do with a party of 2. This person was expert level, and made it look effortless. They were super nice too. Give her a raise!“

“I enjoy this place when I'm in the mood for a neapolitan pizza close to home. Recently I tried the hot honey pepperoni and as a pineapple on pizza guy I enjoyed the creativity behind it, and the salty/sweet profile. The pizza is cooked near a big open flame so there will be some charring, it's part of the allure, it's not burnt. I got a kick out of reading some of the recent one star reviews about this place. Seems to me like there are too many gluten intolerant Karens in the area, so keep an eye out for that. Service for me has mostly been good, but they do employ the youth and it's true that you'll occasionally come across an inattentive server or a cashier that tries to avoid taking your order. Would be nice to have a few tvs in the dining area.“

called and tried to place my order with their AI bot, randomly stopped working halfway thru multiple times.
not a problem, i can call again.
order placed and ready within fifteen minutes.
upon arrival, i tried using apple pay, but the card reader wasn’t working.
the cashier was a lil odd, asking if it was locked/if i was sure etc. (i have literally never locked my card so this wasn’t the case)
tried 3 different cards and none worked.
the manager was extremely calm and just offered me my meal for free. great customer service, i would have been really sad and hungry.
I would suggest placing an order online and paying with cash, though. Learned my lesson for next time!
I will consider this place a cash only business from now on, as it was pretty uncomfortable with the cashier kinda acting like i didn’t have the money (until the manager came out).
The manager turning it around for me will definitely be the factor in bringing me back for some actual business!“

“Minsky's has been my favorite pizza place since high school in the late 70's (Yes! I was born in the 1900's 😅🤣😂). I love the options (I'm vegetarian), the quality of the food, and the atmosphere. There are other pizza places that come close, but this my 1st choice. I'll always come back.“
