First, our food sat for 15 minutes so was COLD. We called twice to have them bring out curbside. They did not give us any sauces but the website makes you pick one... so WHY... since they do not give them to you. Our ravioli was cold and hard little hockey pucks. Three were missing filling. Overall the food was inedible and they did not care when we called. Overall just a terrible experience!!!
why ask your customers to subscribe to your emails for specials and then "OPT OUT" after the fact!!!!!!??????
received 2 emails during 2 days saying it was buy one get one free on sunday. with email in hand called your store to verify and was told to call corporate to get them to send a coupon. there was no way to call corporate that I could see on a sunday.
