They would not serve my daughter’s boyfriend a beer on his 21st birthday. Management tried to say KS law didn’t allow them to serve without a horizontal ID. After reviewing law at table, basically it’s a business decision, not KS law. Stupidest decision I’ve heard of in a long time. Management needs to review KS law before they quote it.
On a good note, the food was good.
Was there for lunch today. Had fries with my burger. The fries were limp and not fresh. I mentioned to our server that I thought they may have been left over from yesterday. She didn't quite know how to respond... So, if you go early for lunch, beware.
When I walk in the door, I am reminded of a song from the late Toby Kieth....
"I love this bar".
