“I have been a wedding DJ for 10 years. That being said, I’ve had a lot of BBQ catered meals😂. This one was hands down one of the top three. Everything from appetizers to meal was top notch!! Highly recommend!!“

“Full slab - good cook /smoke on ribs good and I didn’t need any sauce. My husband favorite sauce was the hot bbq sauce. I would choose the hickory sauce and then apple bbq sauce.
For the lunch special beef excellent good moist and flavor same as the burnt end wrap. Maddie’s mac and cheese a must order! Their wings you will not be disappointed we had the hot honey. And we are picking about our food and wings in the ATL! The only thing I would not recommend that we order was the Mac and cheese wedges. The wedges were fired nice and golden but the Mac and cheese inside was missing the mark. But order the Maddie’s mac and cheese. Try their margarita as well you want be disappointed.“
“We had these guys cater our wedding in April. John was on top of everything from the initial phone call, to the details the day of the wedding and everything in between. John showed up early, had everything ready to go & managed his part of our evening perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him do another event with us. Oh…..and our guests went on and on and on about the food all night too!! If I could go above 5 stars I would. Well done John, well done!!👏🍺👏“

“AWESOME Dinner experience. Food was fresh and Delicious. Our Waitress Chrissy G. was FANTASTIC and deserves a raise, was a pleasure to have her as our waitress. The Chef Cook deserves a raise, Porter house steak was absolutely cooked perfectly to where it no knife was needed and cut with a fork, better keep this Cook. All employees did a wonderful job while we were there. This location if I could I would give 10 plus ⭐'s“

“Don't ever got here for an holiday!!! They will quote you 2 hours and you'll have to wait 3.5 hours. The hostesses were rude and the management was even ruder. I mentioned needing to get something for my daughter (even if just a roll) since she's diabetic and had to wait extra long. I was told we would just have to wait. We left!“

“Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.“

“We don't get out to K & M often, but thoroughly enjoy it when we do. I had the combination dinner with brisket and turkey, with cole slaw and cottage cheese for my sides. Service is always fast and friendly, the decor cute and homey with a western feel. Great sauces, pork tenderloins, and onion rings, too! I generally don't need this much sauce, but I was really feeling the spicy sauce today, don't judge 😂.“

“Moose has the best bbq in Gardner! Always a smile and warm greeting when I arrive to order and I have yet to have a meal I havent greatly enjoyed. If he is open I don't even have to think about what I want to get. I just know I'm going to see Moose.“

“I like the BBQ @ Sierra. It is different I compare it to Carolina BBQ. The yellow sauce has a bit too much mustard ,for my taste, but everything else is excellent! Friendly and fast service. The beer is “cold”. Give it a try you will like it !“

“We got the wings and burnt ends platter and it was well made! We brought our family today and the owner even came and spoke with us. He even gave our one year old a free rib to try. She chewed on that rib the whole time! Great family atmosphere and great place to come!“

“The wings were some of the best wings I’ve had—if you like a dry and smoked wing you will love them. The beans are great! Got the chicken and brisket amazing and so tender and juicy. The potato salad was great too, wanted it to be a little colder but delicious.“

“I had low expectations for this joint as it was recommended to me by a co-worker with pretty bad taste. I tried it anyways and boy was I surprised. This was the best pulled pork I've had and I've lived in KC long enough to try most all of the BBQ.

“When we arrived and were walking in to Zarda BBQ in Lenexa this evening we ran into a gentleman in the parking lot and chatted with him for a little bit, this was our first visit to Zarda bbq, the man was Steve Zarda, owner operator if Zarda bbq!! He was a very wonderful, pleasant man to visit with!! We went in and ordered our food, it was absolutely phenomenal, the ribs were delicious, the pulled pork was fabulous, not dry at all, and the burnt beef ends were awesome!!! They have an apple bbq sauce that is an absolutely must try with your pulled pork!!! Steve Zarda, and his daughter that was working this evening also, Jennifer I believe was her name, were so welcoming and very pleasant to visit with!!! We will most definitely be back to eat again, way too many yummy items on their menu to try them all tonight!!! Thank you so much Steve and family the terrific service and delicious food, along with our pleasant conversation our evening was truly enjoyable!!!

“This was an important dinner, my son who is 26, had surgery(had his tonsils removed) a couple days ago, and The recovery is described as one of the worst, and it feels like shards of glass in your throat.he has to eat soft food and he had Choices all over the Kansas City metro area. He chose Joe’s, Joe’s mac & cheese to be exact! We live on the Missouri side (Gladstone). So I decided to stop by this evening, and not only get a quart of mac & cheese for him, I grabbed dinner for myself (z-man w/ fries, ribs w/ red beans and rice, Mac and cheese) which I was reluctant to do, due to me having to drive 35 minutes home and I was worried that it was going to be Soggy and cold, Well, much to my surprise, the food was packed perfectly, my food was still hot, and my fries were still crispy! Thank you Joe’s in Leawood you did amazing! I will probably be back in the next couple of days to purchase more Joes mac & cheese! BTW this son of mine recommends Joes to everyone!!
