Amidst the times of unsure ingredients and sanitation I was skeptical about dining out. Seth made our dining experience worth while. We will continue to dine at the Martin City location simply because Seth OVEREXTENDED Great Customer Service and not so common Courtesy.“

“Absolutely Amazing! This is the best bbq I have ever had from a restaurant hands down. I got the brisket sandwich with a side of beans and I can not wait to try everything else on the menu. Even the pickles are Amazing. You have to try this place for yourself. You won't regret it.“

“I came to eat here while visiting from Tucson AZ. My sweet boyfriend brought me here, and let me just say that it was the best experience! The food was amazing, my drink was amazing, the dessert was chef's kiss and our server, Sky, was the best. The drinks and food came out quickly. We recommend the dinner for 2, the cornbread, the brussel sprouts and the creme brule. ;) can't wait to cone back“

“Chef J's BBQ was incredible! I was lucky enough to be able to order The Boss, therefore I got to try the Brisket and Jalapeno BBQ Sausage and both tasted fresh with the perfect amount of smoke. The ratio of fat and tender meat on the Brisket was perfect. My girlfriend and I showed up hungry and left with a full belly. The staff that work at Chef J's BBQ make you feel like your eating at home. 10 out of 10 experience!“

“Been awhile since been back to BB'S. Used to be a monthly must stop back in tge day for the Blues a Q. Lindsay Shannon was the best!!New ownership and patio renovations wanted to go back to check it out. 3 headed out for lunch on a Thursday. WOW. 2 of us had The Daily Special Texas Sweet (Pulled Pork, Scimecas Italian Sausage, Onion Straws piked high on huge bun. 1 SIDE. I had some green beans son had some of the huge famous beer battered potato wedges. Hot, fresh, tasty for $11.99. Both of us took decent amount home as well. Been too long and we'll be headed back soon. Staff was amazing and accomodating!! Do yourself a favor and check out this longtime BBQ staple. Hat Tipped BB's...“

“If I could give this 10 stars I would. Didn't get any pictures because the food was so incredible it didn't last long. My boyfriend and I got ribs, the turkey sandwich, and brisket monster fries and everything was so good I told him we're coming back tomorrow for lunch. The service was incredible and the woman working the truck was so insanely sweet. 10000/10 would recommend“

“My husband and I had the best experience at this restaurant. The food was good as always. During our meal my husband had to use the rest room. He has some dementia and can’t walk very well. Unfortunately we were sitting at a table which was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the rest room. The server noticed our dilemma and said she would guide him over to the restroom. She was back immediately. I said, “Oh, he won’t be able to find his way back to this table.” The server told me not to worry about it. The restaurant manager had taken him over and would wait and bring him back. That is undoubtedly the kindest thing that has ever happened to us in a restaurant. Thank you to the wonderful people at the RoanRidge Texas Roadhouse.“

“Claire was our server; Very friendly and personable, wonderful service; Hope we didn't talk her ear off, but she was a sweetheart.
We were a party of three; We ordered the BBQ Feast (Half slab of Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Brisket, Spicy Sausage, slice of toast, helping of Pickles); It was enough for all of us; Very delicious; came out quickly; we ate like animals; Had to take left overs to go.

“I went there this past weekend and the food was excellent. Of course I think it had a lot to do with how amazing our server Logan was! She was one of a kind and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service as well as hers. Definitely consider changing it to Famous Logan’s!“

“Gates bbq in Kansas was amazing, my wife and I had an amazing time, the food, people, atmosphere was truly great, we highly recommend the full- slab and all the trimmings. “I was in Kansas City for a brief visit and decided to have dinner one evening at this location. I had the filet mignon and it was excellent. Cocktail service was also very good, which isn't always the case at chain restaurants. It was a busy night but the staff were attentive and friendly. I'd eat here again without hesitation.“

“I had I think the most delicious chicken and pear salad I’ve ever had in my life here. There was a couple of conferences going on inside the hotel so the restaurant and bar area was crowded and there was only one staff person waiting on everyone. I don’t know what the situation was in the kitchen however, even though I had to wait for a service, I knew they were doing their best and when my salad came, it was so delicious. I also ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and it was a very generous pour maybe making up for the lack of help that day. It did help me enjoy my lunch very much. I would go there just to go there even if I wasn’t attending anything at the hotel.“

“Went after a world cup game. We were so thankful they were open and serving fresh, hot food. My son devoured his smash burger saying it was awesome. The fried mushroom and zucchini app was great. The service was fantastic considering they had an unexpected late crowd. Also they head a really good draft beer selection. We were also able to watch the US game.“

“I love the environment and the food is pretty good when it's cooked right, overall I mainly get the ribs and every now n' then some seasoned fries to go with my meal but overall yeah this place is awesome it's one of the better restaurants in the Kansas City metro area I totally recommend this spot if your craving some BBQ.“
