Great food, as always. We had guests from KY that wanted BBQ, and Jack's Stack took great care of us. Our server was attentive, despite handling several tables. KY guests really enjoyed their food - sandwiches, fries and salads.
Jack Stack - Martin City is now my favorite of their locations around Kansas City. They still have the original vibe which drove this brand's popularity. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. Our service was great with just the right amount of attention from everyone. The food was delicious, hot and fresh! The wings were outstanding and the onion rings were hot and the best I've ever had...yes my new favorite location for Barbecue in Kansas City!

Customers praise the onion rings, cornbread, and the best beans, along with their BBQ meats, ribs, and Cole slaw. The house-made lemonade is also highly recommended for its perfect tang. The new building is very nice and modern and clean with a great atmosphere, although it can be pretty noisy. The staff is outstanding and attentive, promptly addressing any problems to ensure a positive experience. The overall dining experience remains top-notch, maintaining its reputation as one of the best barbecue spots in Kansas City.
