Everything was amazing!! Jess was our server- she was prompt and personable. The beer and cocktails were fast and well mixed. The pork belly starter was literally the most delicious thing I have ever had- like final meal good! My husband had the burnt ends and brisket- so juicy and perfectly smoked. So it is Monday July 14 and we just left Joe’s BBQ and my wife told me that my BBQ is better the Joe’s any-day.
Sunday night we went to Q39 and wow what a difference.
My wife and I both had the 3 meat and sides of beans,and vegetables. Every single thing we had was great.
Chicken(white meat) had good flavor but chicken is chicken.
Sausage was full of flavor with the peppers.
Ribs were fall off the bone and didn’t need sauce.
