Smokin' Guns BBQ Rubs and Sauces offer great ribs and phenomenal deviled eggs. The brisket was dry, but the burnt ends were chunky and well-smoked. The Italian sausage overpowers the smoke flavor, but the service is incredible. Customers enjoy making their own smokey sliders with turkey and fried green beans. The 2 or 3 meat combos are delicious, but some find the Simecas sausage too powerful. The nostalgic broccoli casserole and perfect steak fries are highlights, but the baked beans and extra charge for pickles were disappointing.
