Full slab - good cook /smoke on ribs good and I didn’t need any sauce. My husband favorite sauce was the hot bbq sauce. I would choose the hickory sauce and then apple bbq sauce.

I always judge a barbecue place by their burnt ends. If they can make that extremely well, you know the rest of it is gonna be just as good! Give this place a try and keep coming back. It’s nice to have an affordable. Really great barbecue place close!
