Food is really good, I've ordered many times from them but my last order included an $8.25 fee for carry out supplies. They charge a percent of the entire bill. No where in the check out process do they tell you this. This seems excessive for 6 utensil packs and 5 takeout containers. Many other BBQ places with similar price points do not charge this fee. If you are going to charge extra fees be up front about it.

I love the burnt ends, I shared some with my co workers and now on a weekly basis we order dinner from Blind box. Everything we have ordered has been outstanding.
