Moose has the best bbq in Gardner! Always a smile and warm greeting when I arrive to order and I have yet to have a meal I havent greatly enjoyed. If he is open I don't even have to think about what I want to get. I just know I'm going to see Moose.
Moose’s BBQ & Catering is a fantastic addition to Gardner. The food truck setup allows them to deliver top-tier smoked meats with great value. The brisket is tender and packed with flavor, the burnt ends are spot on, and the smoked jalapeno sausage has just the right snap and heat. Make sure not to skip the pickle cream cheese bombs either. Food was delicious. I ordered a combo meat sandwich of chicken and jalapenos sausage. Owner gave me a thing of potatoe salad for free. Definitely up there in the best bbq spots in Gardner and greater Kansas City area. Don't be fooled by it's surroundings. Really great experience, highly recommend.
