25 Best Bar & Grill near Olathe

“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. Great employees, good food, thank you Austin's Lone Elm for a great experience!“

“Stopped in after church Sunday with my wife. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and genuinely pleasant– exactly what you want to ease into the afternoon. The food was on point, and the service matched it step for step. Everything just flowed right. Solid experience all around.“

“I love a good bargain and mostly every weekend when I’m home I can find one.“

“I showed up at 10:30 pm with two drenched teen boys. We'd just come from a World Cup match and we wanted to eat and watch the end of the Team USA match. They took fantastic care of us. Service was friendly and kind, world cup atmosphere was great, and the food was fantastic! I had the best Reuben I've had west of the Mississippi, and the Alfredo was also excellent. I gave four stars only because one kid said his burger was dry. This place is a gem.“

“A group of us had lunch at Becks today. I would definitely give it a thumbs up. everyone got something different to eat from burgers, fish, Rueben and chicken fried chicken dinner and chicken fried steak. Our waitress Bea was great.!!! Would hope to get her again when I'm there.“

“We meant friends there tonight for first time. They are regulars there. Our food was wonderful and service was spot on. We will be back!“

“Five star service and food was on the money!“

“Tumbleweeds is one of those places that just feels welcoming the moment you walk in. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the kind of service that keeps people coming back. The food was fresh, flavorful, and portions were generous. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Definitely a local favorite and well worth the visit! We made a reservation and came after my daughter’s graduation. The owner came and explained the menu and the cook came out to check on us after we were served. Our server was fantastic.“

“Always have a great time. Awesome staff. Good food“

“We had a fantastic experience at the Hy-Vee Market Grille in Overland Park, thanks to manager David and his incredible team. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from start to finish. Our soccer team was in town for a tournament, and the staff was exceptionally attentive. They made sure everyone was taken care of and that each player felt special. The location was convenient, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere couldn’t have been better. As a coach I know how challenging it can be to find restaurants that can accommodate large groups of athletes and parents. With so many options in Overland Park, I highly recommend working with David at the Market Grille at Hy-Vee.
We’ll definitely be back, both as a team and individually. This place is a true gem, and we’re so grateful for the outstanding service!“

“The fajitas at Chili’s are always delicious! The staff is always friendly also.“

“This is a great little dive bar. I stopped in yesterday with a friend who needed some cheering up. They had Dunkle on tap which was great. My friend had the Orange Crush cocktail and said it was fantastic. I ordered a salad and a Rueben. The salad was better than any I have had recently- super fresh and their ranch dressing was perfection! The Rueben was excellent as well!“

“Always a great time. The pour house has some of the best bartenders in the area who make the best drinks.“

“This place is my preferred one. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The team is very affectionate and the cooking they serve is so good. I am always happy to have a decent meal in this place. Highly recommended.“

“Andrew and his team in the Market Grill are amazing! We came in on Saturday to feed our football team in between games and they did not disappoint! Food was fresh and tasted great. They let us spread out in the top seating area so our kids and families could sit and eat comfortably while we warmed up from the freezing rain and cold. Highly recommend them and will plan on stopping again the next time we play football nearby!“

“great service, great prices, had their chips and salsa, guacamole, charred wings and grilled chicken. It was great! if you're looking for a great sports bar, this is the place to go! TV's everywhere, not so loud you can't carry conversation, yet loud enough to hear the plays! very attentive server, even on a Sunday!“

“Love this place! The staff is so so nice and the food is great. Will say, the live music is WAY too loud. Talked to multiple people during the live music and they agreed. It was a great performer but was hard to hear my server and people around. If the sound was turned down just slightly during live performers it would be 10/10!! Otherwise food and staff is amazing“

“Everything about our experience was amazing. Just wanted to come shout out the waitress that took care of a large company party today from 4-6. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so professional, quick, talented, friendly, and all around one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Hope her bosses see this and she gets some type of spiff bonus cause she deserves it!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼“

“Love the new party game room!“

“Sunday fajita special is a good deal! I thought the draft beer was on special as well, but it rang up $5. No deal there.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Nice atmosphere.
Looked really busy based on parking lot, but there were plenty of tables available inside to get out of the 102° heat. Will definitely come again.“

“We really enjoy the Tuesday night, tacos and margaritas. We have always had a very good experience at this restaurant with food quality, and most of all, the service. We always sit in Brandy‘s section. I don’t know how she does it, but she has the most amazing memory as she remembers every one of our names every time we visit this restaurant. She really knows her stuff and is such a delight to be around. Thanks Brandy for making our experience at this restaurant so positive. We will see you Tuesday!!!“

“We used the Socials party room for my dad’s celebration of life and had a great experience. Jordan was always quick to respond to my questions and incredibly helpful. The space was large and clean and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Social to anyone needing a great space for an event or party!“

“Strongly recommend that you check it out. We were out for drinks and karaoke (Saturday night) and we had a great time! KJ did great! Music was great! Some good singers in there. We did not eat, but the food looked great! Prices are very reasonable. Staff was outgoing and friendly which really helps patrons have a great time too. 5 out of 5 stars“
