“Dear New Friends at Jorge’s Cantina, We were treated like we were old friends. The food was excellent and we loved the not over-salted to make up for lack of great spice-know-how and flavor. The food also looked amazing on our plates. The wait staff is very efficient and friendly. The margaritas are delish and of generous proportion! All the customers seem happy to be there which is fun in itself! To sum it up, Jorge’s lives up to its motto, “ Never a bad day at Jorge’s!” Looking forward to our next visit.“

“I graduated from school with LaVale Jackson and have since seen he has succeeded in owning his own restaurant called 7.8.5 Kitchen but had never made it over there to try the food until today...I have been craving some soul food and went today and was very satisfied with it! 5/5 stars ⭐️ for sure! “This place used to be a filthy dump with employees who were more interested in standing out back in their dirty uniforms smoking than waiting on customers or cleaning tables. It was a mess and I hadn't been back for years because of that.
I stopped in today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant, the cleanliness and polite young lady working there and the LJS food I'd been missing.
I'm so glad it's enjoyable again!“

“There is NOTHING like a Long John Silvers fish. We dont go there often because we prefer the fried fish and we want to watch our cholesterol but I hear they use the better frying oil for that. And their fish is out of this world WONDERFUL. The employees at this location were kind and curtious and checked on us to make sure there was nothing else we needed. I highly recommend this location“
