Came in about 7pm and instantly smelled the aroma of burnt bread. Placed my order anyway and sat down. Whilst waiting for my meal, the snickering of the employees could be heard in the back, laughing about the botched bakers dozen. I patiently waited in fear my sandwich would be burnt to a crisp. Upon receiving my sandwich I was surprised it was of the normal level of quality you would expect. Very disappointed. The employees are rude and have no sense of urgency to help. I had a $100 order for a part box of subs. They got my order wrong and it was too late to wait for them to get it right. They were in the back and saw me standing at the register. An employee said “there’s a customer at the register” the other employee said “ I see him” then proceeded to carry on his conversation with the other employee. This branch will not be getting my business again.
