The food is some of the best fast food, and the workers remembered to ask for donations to the Dave Thomas adoption foundation (without being pushy).
It is downtown Topeka and the bathroom doors have codes to get in. That being said, the staff is a little off tilt but do a pretty good job and the food I got was good. Can't complain. Day manager was cool.
As good as the service is near the capitol, they did REALLY well at lunch rush. I was a mobile order with no need to rush and they had it ready as I walked in on their counter.
They have the new self-order kiosks and one register in front for people who have difficulties.
Wendy's fast food rewards app has got to be the best of the options. I save money AND get a meal deal. Keep an eye on those deals, and spend smart in these trying times.

The parking lot has about 20+ spots, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. While some areas might need better cleaning, the efficient crew ensures quick service. However, experiences can vary, as some customers have noted judgmental behavior from staff and mixed quality in service and food. Observing the cooks' care in food preparation and their attention to sanitation is still a positive aspect. Daily offers on the phone app and the manager's willingness to assist during busy times make Wendy's a recommended stop, though customers may encounter occasional issues with order accuracy and food temperature.
