“My nephew had ordered a delivery and we got an a pasta that wasn’t correct. I called the Wamego Pizza Hut and his name was either Ryan or Brian and he was amazing!! This gentleman had great people skills and was so polite and professional. He needs to be given credit. The management needs to give this young man a raise and I mean that!!“
“Not quite sure why there's so much haterade about this location in the reviews. They have some "hot and ready" personal pizzas ready to go and if you call in or make your order online it will be ready for you within 10-15 minutes after you place the order. Plenty of coupons/deals online too. Papa John's pizza is quite good.“
“Definitely an improvement from the last time I went. It smelled nice, the seats looked modern and updated, and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. The sandwich was delicious as well. There were plenty of toppings to choose from for sandwiches, unlike last time. I will be going again.“
“Ordering ahead in the app is all but useless. I use order ahead apps for other 'fast' food places and it's nice to get in and out because the order is ready when I arrive. At McDonald's they don't start making the order until you arrive. The only 'benefit' is not having to pay at the counter or drive through window. But that's not even worthwhile as it seems that every single time the person on the other end acts as if they have never experienced someone using the app to order.?Maybe the process works somewhere, but not here.“
“We went here for some ice cream after a tournament and one of our items didn't get very much filling/flavor that we asked for. We happened to talk to the manager when we called back in and she was polite and quick to get us a new one (she did mention they had new staff in training). Thanks for making things right. We enjoy our Sonic treats.“
“Most of these negative reviews are hard to believe because food is made fresh, never had issues with customer service, food quality or wait time. And if you are waiting it’s a small location, understand that. Best sonic food I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it!“
“It seems like this place is always busy every time I'm here or I go by. When I was there a crowd of older ladies were there for some type of get together, so they were busy. I was greeted rather promptly by a young man very cheerfully. I asked him a couple of questions about the menu, which he was very knowledgeable about. He took my order and then I waited as it was to-go. I didn't wait too long and it was done. We ordered breaded chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings, cheeseburgers, and hot fudge shakes. Everything was great and the proper toppings were added as ordered. Cheeseburgers had great flavor as well as everything else. This place has the BEST ice cream!!!! Every time I've been in there the place has always been clean. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's pricy especially for fast food. The quality is great, just rather expensive. Also they don't have brewed ice tea and the fountain pop didn't taste the best. In general, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to eat especially if you want some excellent ice cream!“
