“I love this place but lately when I go the chicken fingers resemble chicken curlicues with dangly Parts on them and are extremely overcooked and hard. Maybe they were having a bad day? They are very fast and friendly however.“

“We ordered 5 Guys on the app today and it was exactly what we were craving. We ordered two cheeseburgers and one large order of Cajun fries, and everything was fantastic.
The burgers were juicy, packed with flavor, and loaded with fresh toppings. You can really taste the quality — the buns were soft but held up perfectly, and the patties were cooked just right. The Cajun fries were a hit too — crispy on the outside, hot and fluffy inside, with that perfect spicy kick. The large portion was more than enough to share (though we ended up fighting over the last few!).
Service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, it was a delicious, satisfying meal that left us smiling. If you're in the mood for a great burger and fries, 5 Guys never disappoints. We'll definitely be back soon!“

“Had an overall good experience for our first time here. Food was decent. Lots of sauce options. The nachos cheese with the potatoes was good. Their ranch is lacking though. My wife doesn't like the little hash browns, but I do. So it worked out. They forgot one taco and I had to go back inside to grab it. It took them about 4 minutes of me standing at the front counter to be acknowledged. They did fix it though.“

“The employees I would like to recognize is the one with the blueish green in her hair and a younger taller kid w glasses on night crew, She has been there since it opened. Always very pleasant, and always busy. Every time we go there she always up and down the counter area but always make time to talk w customers. We went there for dinner one night and had a bad experience, food not right, ppl standing around, and the dining area wasnt very clean. A younger employee with glasses offered to fix our order and was very pleasant. There was a guy w a culvers hoodie on and another lady was there who had a baby and was behind the counter, then came back out w no baby and just joined in w the ppl just standing. I will continue to go there but def not at night“

The burger and chicken sandwich actually looked appetizing and whoever was in the back shows that they care. Mind you, I went through the drive thru.“

“Jordyn is the best manager I've seen in any business and I've worked a lot of different jobs in my life the pride the manhattan store takes is outstanding we're not just serving out food to members of the community and people traveling but we make real connections we know our patrons by name (if you come very regularly) some of you dont even tell us what you want unless your changing it up and some already have thier bowl or burrito or whatever they might normally order sitting at the register as soon as the door opens and I just wanna say thank you Qdoba you make me not only feel valued but like I have a home away from home good food and good people and to the rest of the crew at the manhattan store im not gonna name everyone of you that would take forever but everyone of you deserves a star“

“I went to this restaurant today! It was noon and was greeted and helped. The food was okay regular fast food quality. However, when I asked for an extra barbecue sauce, I was very rudely told with an eye roll that I needed to pay for that sauce in the future. I told her I would pay for it and she said that’s OK however, when I got home, the sauces that were supposed to come with my meals were not in the bag so I was actually short sauce lol sauce is important lol“

“The pizza 😞was mediocre But when the experience I had with the customer service, the young lady on Kimball Avenue in Manhattan, Kansas was kind and smiled and you don’t get that every day, so it really didn’t matter what the pizza taste like her customer service made up for all that“

My sweet girl enjoyed her lunch and dessert the cherry on top was meeting and socializing with the other kiddos enjoying their quality time with their own grandparents.
Staff was super friendly and helpful carrying drinks, food and that's over to the table for me since my hands were full , all around 10 for 10 ! Can't wait to come back !“

“Hey McDonald's, we visit you once a week. Please make sure your Sweet Tea and Unsweet Tea are in the right containers and that people really pay attention to whether someone requested sweet or unsweet tea. I always make sure to clearly enunciate UNsweet, and your staff even makes sure to say "Unsweet" when they hand it out the window, but they keep using sweet tea. PLEASE fix this.“

“Excellent! We ordered a couple pizzas on a Sunday afternoon for carry out. You could tell that whoever made our pizza made it with the same care they would for a good friend. Nice evenly spaced toppings and a proportionate amount of sauce and cheese. Good job you pizza pro!🍕“
