I ate 2 plates of their quesabirria at an all day event yesterday as well as 2 horchatas🤣😋🤤everyone who works is super sweet and food is fantastic!
We stopped by the truck on Fort Riley Blvd for some late night dinner 2 nights ago, and I was already back today! This food truck is so yummy and has a great selection. The people who work here are super kind, and we just loved the gentleman that was working on Thursday night! La mejor comida auténtica mexicana de toda la ciudad. Las bebidas son buenísimas y frescas. Lo que ellos venden no se encuentra en ningún otro restaurante Mexicano en Manhattan. Lo recomiendo mill veces.
The best authentic Mexican food in the entire city. The drinks are great and fresh. What they sell is not found in any other Mexican restaurant in Manhattan. I recommend it a thousand times.

Yami Yummy Mexican Street Food in Manhattan, KS, serves amazing food with a great selection. The workers are super nice and kind. They make their corn tortillas by hand, and the inside looks very clean. The location is convenient, especially for picking up dinner on the way home. The menu includes delicious burritos, quesadillas, Quesabirria tacos, California burrito, esquites, and churros. They also offer refreshing drinks like Mango Agua Fresca and Piña Agua Fresca. The asada chimichanga is a popular choice, and the esquites are creamy and spicy. The server is kind and patient, making it a great place to stop by for a snack or dinner. Although it may be difficult to find at first, it is worth the visit, and many customers return for more.
