“I had an amazing experience at Mi Tierra Restaurant & Cantina. I wish I could give them more than five stars! From the moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly. They greeted us warmly and even complimented my husband's hair. We were served quickly, and the food was outstanding! My husband ordered the Enchiladas Mexicanas, while I opted for the Choripollo, and we both enjoyed our meals. The homemade tortillas were particularly delicious. The restaurant also offers vegetarian options on their menu. We had a chance to chat with the host, who turned out to be one of the owners, along with his mother-in-law. He was extremely kind and friendly, and it was clear that he puts his heart and soul into running the business. The decor was charming and added to the overall experience. We have decided that this restaurant will be our go-to spot for Mexican food from now on. I highly recommend checking them out.“

“Ok folks, this is the real deal. Authentic Mexican cuisine, realistic pricing, generous portions, and friendly staff. Down home, just what you didn’t know you were even craving, comfort food, made from scratch daily. I recommend the tostadas! Straight dank! Also, their frijoles are to die for. You know a place is good when the side of beans brings you back in for more. They sell their beans in bulk as well. $14.99 for 32 oz. Your family will thank you, and if you don’t tell them you don’t make em, they’ll think you’re the best damn frijoles maker in Riley County, because let’s be real, 90% of y’all have never been outside Riley County.
Go get a plate and see for yourselves! Highly recommend!

“Of course it's a parked food truck, nobody goes for the atmosphere, but the food was delicious! Staff was good at taking care of us, and we really enjoyed our meal. I haven't spent a ton of time in Manhattan, but I imagine this is the best Mexican food they have. And yes, order the quesabirria!“

“By far the best food I've had in a long time. The Jumbo mango margarita was absolutely delicious and slaps. And them chips and salsa from the go are fire! The 1 person chicken fajita was probably enough for like 3 people. 100% endorse this as I will absolutely be taking this back to make banging breakfast burritos in the morning. Look if yall don't eat here ya missing out!“

“After Chipotle took a HUGE downturn, I decided it was time to try QDOBA and I've been kicking myself ever since. Qdoba is better in every single way. Better options, better staff and the freshness of the ingredients is a night and day difference. Not to mention that you aren't charged and arm and a leg to add queso/guac to your entree. You also get a small bag of chips for free, just have to ask for them. I just wish they would stock the mexican Sprite but that's not a deal breaker for me at all considering how great everything else is.“

“La mejor comida auténtica mexicana de toda la ciudad. Las bebidas son buenísimas y frescas. Lo que ellos venden no se encuentra en ningún otro restaurante Mexicano en Manhattan. Lo recomiendo mill veces. The best authentic Mexican food in the entire city. The drinks are great and fresh. What they sell is not found in any other Mexican restaurant in Manhattan. I recommend it a thousand times.“

“Brought my friend who has never been to Carlos. She agreed. AMAZING FOOD. The service was fantastic and we even got to take our salsa home in to-go cups! Truly could not ask for more. ? I’m so happy that one of the remaining Kansas Carlos O’Kelly’s is THRIVING. Give it a try!“

“Taco John's provided great service. Today I was greeted by a nice young gentleman by the name of William riverbottom. He was a very friendly individual and took our order promptly and listen to everything we had to say. I highly recommend attending this taco John's when that crew is in. The atmosphere was really friendly and great to be around, William was a huge part of that.“
