Went here with my girls, there was so many options on the menu that we took 20 minutes to decide what we wanted. The staff was absolutely lovely and even cheered my girls on when they were practicing their Spanish while ordering! Food is VERY affordable and was actually more for less! The food is absolutely divine. 💯 it can be hard to get good quesabirria in Kansas (I am a spoiled brat who grew up in Florida, with lots of very spicy, delicious options). But Antojitos Mexicanos El Sol did NOT disappoint. The broth is so savory and delicious and the meat is tender and juicy. The Burrito El Sol is HUGE and packed full of three different meats and covered in a velvety sauce. Will definitely be back!
