Ordered and charged for multiple items not received, workers in the drive thru were rude.
Why. There is no reason humanly possible that it should take 20-30 minutes to get from the drive through speaker to getting my food. Yet EVERY time I’m here that is the case.
Longest drive thru I have ever been in. This location is definitely understaffed, not because people don’t want to work but because they pay so terribly for such a crappy job. Terrible owner and managers. Shame on you
