Why does Taco Bell always take forever to get the food out? Taco Bell is my vote for the slowest drive thru among the fast food joints.

Sat in the drive thru so long that I put my car in park and shut it off. After about 30 minutes parked at the window I got my order and the poor kid at the window apologized and said he was clocking out for good and wasn't working there anymore

The slowest fast food I have ever been to. Horrible. Only 4 cars in front of me and when I finally got to the speaker the person working sounded so annoyed, was mumbling, and talking quiet. Took over an hour from the time I got in line to the time I left with my food. I'm so sad because I actually like taco bell but I won't be waiting that long again for my $7 tacos. I'd have to go gas up first just to make sure I have enough to get me through the line. Probabaly spent enough money on the gas I could have gone to a sit down Mexican restraunt and had better food for the same price.

Waited in line forever in the drive threw. Order came to under 10 bucks. They charged me for the wrong order 48 and change I have to wait 3 days to get my money back, if they did it right, and the food was so gross I got violently ill. Not doing that again ever

I feel bad for the staff at both of our taco bells. How are we still dealing with short staffing? It took 30+ mins to pick up a mobile order. Thankfully everything was right except for a missing nacho cheese.

I door dashed an order and it was missing an item I called to see what could be done and I got hung up on. Then I called back and they offered to give me another one next time I came in, but then kept cutting me off when I tried to talk and then he hung up on me again after placing me on hold after I asked him to repeat his name because I couldn’t hear what his name was

Slowest Taco Bell on the face of the planet. There's always 20 cars in line and it takes basically half an hour to get to the window. Beyond ridiculous for "fast food"

I went inside to order with my friends, just us 3 in the lobby, besides 2 other people not with us. I am bowlegged, it affects the way how I sit and how I can comfortably sit, so I usually have my feet up on the chair while I eat. Keep in mind these chairs are made out of wood, not anything soft which I usually try to keep my feet off. I got rudely approached by this lady which she asked “is this my home” very loudly, I have social anxiety. I explained why I sit the way I do and she wasn’t having it, basically forcing me to sit uncomfortable until she left. Sitting “normal” hurt my knees, it causes them to pop and even when I sit normal my legs are still spread to try to make it more comfortable. All I ask is for people to understand a simple defect that some people may have, I didn’t raise my voice or come off as rude towards her.

We went through the drive through which took almost an hour just to get to the window just for my order to not be there at all. The workers on Tuesday March 26 were very rude when we mentioned that they gave us the wrong order and proceeded to try and lie to me about me making a mobile order at all. They became snappy and were mad that they had to do any additional tasks in order to complete my order. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the food.

Waited in the drive thru for an hour and a half after placing an online order, got to the speaker and no one answered for several minutes, but our order was on the screen already so we pulled up to the window and then the guy said since we didn’t check it in, we have to pull around and pick it up in the lobby (which was fine) then had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food. Could have went to a sit down restaurant and been done eating before that. My chalupa was worth it tho I guess.

This Tacobell is absolutely terrible… my girlfriend and I made an online order and waited an hour and a half in line just for no one to answer the com. Pulled up to the window and the man said we didn’t check your order in when the app said it was ready? Waited another 30min for our food and finally got it. Do not come here ??

Place an online order, Wait 5 minutes at the speaker, no one answers, wait 15 minutes in line, finally pull to the window, they have my order but refuse to serve because they didn’t check us in and want us to go all the way back thru the backed drive thru while cussing at us? Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible employees.
