“We've been to Frida's twice and between all of our family members we've tried at least 10 different things. Everything is amazing. Some unique items on the menu, loads of meat options and options to customize your meal. And on top of good food the service has been amazing both times! It's my new favorite Mexican restaurant in town!!!“

“Their Mac and Cheese grilled cheese sandwich is amazing! They have donuts, corn dogs, and several other items. It is in a good spot to walk to after a drink or two. If you had no drinks the sandwich I referenced earlier would still be good. The prices are good for the food received.“

“Guero Loco is a truck located next to The Hat on Laramie across from the new Aggieville parking garage. Literally, "hats off" to these hardworking chefs who have been serving delicious food in the worst weather conditions lately. The temperatures have been low, wind high, and precipitation unpredictable. We came last week for dinner. Eric R. and I ordered birria ramen and a birria burrito (with a side of the broth for dipping the burrito). Cynthia A. and Aaron A. ordered the same plus 2 birria tacos. It was quite cold outside as we waited, and we saw door dashers come up and realized this must be why people use door dash. Both of our orders came out except the tacos were missing, and they only provided forks for the soup. We asked for spoons, only getting one at a time, so perhaps they need to put spoons out with the forks for soup eaters (or they assume people take the food home to eat perhaps). It was so cold that all of us went to our cars in the garage while Aaron A. waited for the tacos to be made. Then we drove to the K-State Union garage (one garage leads to another...!) so we could eat inside the Union and stay warm. I really enjoyed the ramen which was deeply satisfying on a cold day, and our friends raved about the tacos. I tasted the burrito and it was good, but I think after seeing our friends' happiness with the tacos, I have to try those next!“
