We had a microwedding (around 20 guests) in Manhattan, and wanted to find something local that fit a smaller event. We met with them to ask questions about their catering menu and they were so helpful. They clearly outlined how much food came with each ordering option and even suggested how we could order off menu to get exactly what we were wanting. After expressing my disappointment to the manager about the host's misleading information, I was shocked to be verbally abused by the same host at my workplace. “Went here October 17 2025 first date with my now boyfriend! I live in the East Coast and I havent received the same quality of service here, compared to my visit to Baan Thai. The store is clean and cozy, the prices are great, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. The staff was very attentive and dropped by several times to politely ask if we needed anything else. Bonus points: they had the warm-toned lights instead of the blinding blueish-white ones!
I loved the vibe here, it's not overwhelming, even for someone more reserved and introverted like myself. I felt very welcomed and respected.

“I’ll recommend it because the food was good. The service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order then I received my appetizer before my drink. I had no silverware to eat said appetizer with. The waitress wasn’t friendly to add to the dissatisfaction. Maybe she just had a bad day, so I’ll go back. The caramel butter cake was to die for!“

They had a Trivia night, but most of the bar wanted to watch basketball. Our server called the owner and told us they’d be canceling the trivia night. Appreciate his fast action. Something we didn’t see across the street.
