Wonderful people wonderful service and outstanding food. We lived in Texas for 10 years and their food takes us back there every time we eat. I know everyone is not a fan of menudo but if it is not on the menu the place is not authentic. Mi Tierra’s menudo is absolutely marvelous!
Excellent salsa, guac and chips! Every entree I’ve ordered has been very good as well. One of my top 3 favorite Mexican restaurants in town. Aggieville dining without having to use the stupid garage is a bonus too!
Went for the first time yesterday! Service was great, food came out quick, and was so delicious! Had a hard time deciding on what to get because it all sounded good. Can’t wait to go back and try something else!

Mi Tierra | Restaurant and Cantina is a highly recommended spot known for its authentic Mexican food. Despite its small, unassuming building, it offers some of the best meals in Manhattan, with standout dishes like menudo, which is praised for its marvelous taste. The salsa is superb, and the guac and chips are excellent, often described as top favorites. The restaurant provides friendly and attentive service, with the owner being especially sweet and welcoming. Vegetarian options, such as the mushroom quesadilla, are outstanding.
