Could not get my oder right. Went through drive through and when I got home I had no fries and no drink

Match 13th Saturday Anderson location.
At drive thru ordered 2 fish sandwiches, for our lunch. Was not that hungry, just a little too finish errands. The lettuce was tinged red, going bad. Informed the nice young man about the lettuce, he looked at the manager and she walked away.
