Went out today to try Culver’s for our very first time and were overwhelmingly impressed with the food! We had butter burgers, onion rings, pretzel bites and custard and everything was delicious! Super good quality in comparison to other fast food places in Manhattan. The fountain water was also great quality! No weird taste. The employees were kind and friendly! Will definitely be back.
Great place, service was fast, food was amazing! The only thing concerning was that the trigger for the fountain drinks would get stuck and keep putting out Powerade. It's not a big deal, but the ice tray was about to overflow lol.

We have been to Culver's multiple times since it opened. We have had some issues with service (wrong orders, not knowing the order input to use it efficiently, etc.) but the last two times we have been in the drive-thru and Serena took our order, made the Mix-Ins and delivered them. Serena's customer service is INCREDIBLE! She is kind, patient, knows the product and is friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there!
