I ate here twice this month, both times in the evening and they were so disappointing. Food was lukewarm each time. First trip was 2 weeks ago after 10p. My chicken sandwich was warm, the bread was hard, & my vanilla shake tasted watered down. My drive from across town to eat at BK wasn't worth it.
Food was not bad but had a long wait for my order. Order was correct and fresh
My family only one in drive thru, took 30 minutes to get food. Put our drinks in the bag? left out our toddlers milk, straws, sauce and napkins and the food was cold. Went inside they were bagging orders on front counter (gross) and person in charge was visibly panicked.

Burger King offers a mixed experience. The drive-thru can be busy and short-staffed, with dirty tables. However, the manager is polite and helpful. Ricky stands out for his exceptional customer service and delicious mozzarella sticks. Tasia, Precious, Matt, and Yadiel provide great service with a smile, making customers feel welcome. On the downside, some staff members may be unfriendly or give judgmental looks. Despite this, Burger King offers a welcoming atmosphere and fresh food, making customers feel at home.
