“We ordered take out with curbside pickup. The service was fast and the pizza was very good. We also got the chicken Bacon ranch bites which were amazing. This was our first time trying them and we are addicted to them now. You have to go try them, you won't be disappointed.“

“Exactly what you’d expect from a BWW, and had a great service, I was able to watch the euro 2024 game, and when I ask to buy a bottle of buffalo ranch sauce, even though they didn’t have bottles to sell, our waiter came back with container full of the sauce straight from the kitchen.

“went here tonight with my boyfriend since he wanted pizzawent it 30 minutes before close and we both felt bad for coming in so late but we had a great experiencemy boyfriend and i were at a gas pump waiting while the pizza was being madei believe Dave was the man that helped us, he carried that pizza out to our car and was sooo very sweet“

“I ordered on my app and went to pick up last night, 12/9/22 around 6pm from your location in Manhattan, KS, (66502). When I arrived, my order wasn't ready and there was a backed up line of customers who were also being made to wait because their orders weren't ready. It was explained that there was an unexpected unusually large order ahead of mine and that they were running behind. I am writing because the woman running the front counter needs recognition. I am telling you right now, she was a ROCKSTAR. Although the store was full of waiting, inconvenienced people, she made sure to continually check in with each one and give them updates on their order. She made small talk, chatting, offering alternative options to the ones in a hurry. She was smiling and friendly the entire time. This is what struck me about her. Someone working in the food industry, on an unusually busy weekend evening, was able to manage an entire room of frustrated customers. She exhibited nothing but calm, patience, and understanding. And seemed HAPPY to be working. It is very rare nowadays to find this kind of service in a take-out pizza joint. I'm telling you that NOT ONE customer who walked in there left appearing less than completely pleased. I am very disappointed that I didn't get her name before I walked out with my order. I'm hoping you can get that information from the manager, and I really hope that this worker will get recognized for the complete asset she is to your company. If it helps to figure out who she is, my order number was 775.“

“The customer service was 100% on point. The couple that was working this afternoon even turned down the music and turned on cartoons for our daughter while she colored on a window with markers. We got some Mac n cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, and chicken strips today. The food was really good. This was our first time and we will be back for sure. We cannot believe how good the customer service was. That's rare around here.“

“My overall review is purely based on the taste of the pizza.My method of receiving my pizza was me getting in a Rodney and driving there to pick it up bringing my (heat retaining) bag to zip my stuff in to keep it hot till I get back home. So this isn't based off any delivery service either.I've ordered that large garlic stuff crust pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. That pizza came out pretty good. Good flavor overall (the kind of mainstream good flavor, not gourmet pizza good). I would recommend giving that pizza a try if that's something you're into.Now the cheese sticks....I wish I had a heads-up on the cheese sticks. They were very blah by design....not because they didn't make it good. They are almost like thin crust crust with some dried out cheese on top.I've ordered this on a Thursday night and my pizza was ready in like 18-20mins. Staff was vibrant and very professional although all I had to do when I got there was tell them my name and they gave me my pizza/cheese sticks in my hand and I was on my way.I've seen the reviews on here with unhappy customers and happy customers. Just remember you will always have your own experience. Be mindful of busy times to order and remember dam near everyone is short staffed and you'll be ok. Happy eating!
