McDonald's is a busy fast food restaurant that often struggles with long lines and overworked staff. Despite this, the staff handles the pressure professionally. The mobile app for ordering ahead can be unreliable, as orders are not prepared until arrival. However, the drive-thru mobile app offers benefits like points, free food, and deals. With new management, the service quality has improved noticeably over the past couple of years. The workers are pleasant, friendly, and really make the visit enjoyable. The food is always made accurately and quickly. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has good wheelchair accessibility. Customers appreciate the convenient and affordable options, although some would like the workers to be more mindful of their language around children.
