A friendly customer service rep can make all the difference!
I was doing the drive-through at Arby’s on Gage this afternoon, and as soon as I heard the voice asking for my order, I just felt welcomed. I guess the most striking thing about this is that I was really surprised. Apparently I don’t normally get that feeling at a drive-through!
