A friendly customer service rep can make all the difference!
I was doing the drive-through at Arby’s on Gage this afternoon, and as soon as I heard the voice asking for my order, I just felt welcomed. They had a little mistake at the cash register getting it rang up correctly. But the manager took care of it, and did an awesome job.
Friendly service. Fast turnaround from placing my order to getting my food. I hadn't even gotten my drink filled when they called my name. I had the chicken sandwich it was very good. And I got a great deal on some curly fries due to the app special.
