“I walked into Circle Coffee for the first time ( all bright eyed and not decaffeinated, and I totally forgot to ask for my coffee decaf ( or what my sister calls sad coffee). By the time I realized, they’d already made my coffee and I was walking out the door— but instead of giving me the “well that’s on you” look, they smiled, told me to gift the original to a coworker ( who now thinks I’m the nicest person alive) and made me a fresh decaf for free. Heroes are baristas apparently. The shop itself is a whole vibe — calm, great lighting and welcoming atmosphere—enough ambiance to trick me into thinking I’m the kind of person who journals daily or could write a novel. Also, do NOT sleep on the strawberry goat cheese danish. It’s seriously delicious. I took one bite and considered writing it into my will. Life changing and I’m probably emotionally attached to it now. This place has great vibes, great people, and even better coffee and pastries. Highly recommend.“

“I had the most amazing experience today. My coffee was delicious and everything I wanted. I’m sorry to say that I can’t give five stars to the girl who is taking my order. She seemed more intent on moving to the music and talking to the guy inside. It was kind of disappointing until I noticed that in the line next to me all those people were having a great experience With the girl who was taking their orders. I have to admit, I was a little envious and wished I would’ve gotten in that line. The girl looked over and noticed my dog. She came up to the window and started talking. She was so personable and just had the best attitude. She asked me if I had ordered a pup cup and I said I didn’t even know 7Brew Had pup cups. She immediately went and got one. I found out her name is Campbell. She absolutely changed my perspective on my visit. What I would’ve wanted to have said to the girl who waited on me, would she need to notice Campbell and be more like her. I came to get the same drinks because the others were horrible and may I say they did not disappoint as always and such perfessionalism was delivered. “I tried the shop for the first time today. I had forgotten my hearing aides & had to read lips. Their card was down & because I was out of town, they went to a alternate system & really accommodated me well. The Bread & cookies were just really good. The staff was friendly & professional & treated me very well. I was pleased & will go back.“

“Scooters is the best coffee shop in town. First time I had Scooters was in Omaha and when I heard we finally were getting one I was overjoyed! Granted we have many shops now but I used to drink their coffee daily till I realized I needed to cut back financially haha but you can’t go wrong really with any drink and they are always expanding their menu and changing up different drinks and foods, I love the different flavors. Their prices are comparable to other coffee shops, their customer service is outstanding and they really try to be personable even when you are not fully awake yet and need that espresso. Overall I recommend Scooters over any other coffee shop and I have tried others but Scooters is the winner for me!“

“Carlos is a wonder! After a busy day of grocery shopping we stopped by at the end of the day Feb 13th, and his counters were bare. But he pulled a beautiful strawberry tart out of his magic kitchen- PERFECT!! We went straight home and ate it! To heck with supper! We have to use considerable self-control to keep from getting something delicious every day he is open. We speak from experience as people who spent three years in Germany and traveled Europe. Carlos’ Le Petit Bon Bon rivals any pastry we had anywhere in the world.“

“I've been in Topeka about 2 years now, this is the first time I caught Paradise when they are open. The donuts are delicious; the only difficulty is the hours. You're so good they sell out by about 8:30 in the morning and then they close and don't open till the next day. I would say the wait was worth it!

Atmosphere is not really the point cuz you don't stay to eat, but it's pleasant enough.“

“Walked in to a new beautifully renovated Starbucks location, and was greeted by the woman at the cash register right away. When asked about new flavors she suggested the pistachio latte with brown sugar and adding a shot of blonde expresso to make it smoother. Drink turned out wonderful and so was the customer service. “The Capitol Cafe is very convenient when the Legislature is in session to be able to run down for a snack. They also serve good food options for a quick lunch. The employees are very friendly and provide excellent service with a good selection in the vending machines after hours. Lettuce Feed You is an all around good experience.“

“One of the things I love about Scooters is their app! I love the rewards and I especially love that in my birthday month I received up to $6 towards the drink of my choice! I think it's a great feature that they give you all month instead of just the day of your birthday. Everyone at the Topeka store (29th & Gage) is sweet and fun and they do have great job!“

The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the food and coffee are absolutely delicious!! I would highly reccomend them, it takes a little time, but that must be because they are doing it right! I will be back soon.“
