Great food, coffee, and service!
You used to be my favorite place to go for tea and company but I heard that you now are reserving empty tables without marking them and being rude to people who have patroned you for over 20 years.
Great paninis but I wouldn't recommend this joint if you don't have a lot of time. Our order took about 30 to 40 minutes to arrive.

Based on the reviews, Blackbird Espresso Bar and Bistro is a welcoming and inviting coffee and lunch spot with a peaceful atmosphere. The food is very good, with amazing cherry mouse brownies, especially when heated up, and delicious white chocolate lattes. Menu favorites include the smoked salmon BLT and turkey and feta panini. The coffee is decent, with an excellent rotation of baked goods, including handmade bakery items like a big snickerdoodle cookie and cinnamon roll. The staff is always nice, with exceptionally hospitable service from the young woman at the register and the owner. The only issue is that the seating is a bit tight.
