“From out of town, so not familiar with the menu. My local place, where I live has a massive menu. As soon as we walked in, it was “what can I get for you?” Helpful, yes, but since idk what you even have, that was a lil irritating. I chose to ignore that. Finally made our choices. The shakes were great. The tea was mid as it wasn’t my normal recipe from my normal place. But I chose to overlook that since I know it’s not my place. I looked around a lot while the drinks were being made. Lots of clutter on all the open surfaces. Throw pillows stacked on top of board games on top of…. More clutter. I felt like I was in my teens bedroom. And open purse or makeup bag or something on the counter where drinks are blended. I’m not a fan of that kind of stuff being around my food. The drinks were good. The photo backdrops were cute. I would go back if I pass through again. I really NEEDED a paper receipt for my own reasons. She couldn’t figure out how to print one. So I wish that was not even an option on the screen, if it cannot be provided. I’m trying to not tear the place down. But my expectations were not met. The drinks were good. Next time I’ll tell them my favorite flavor mixes and ask them to try and imitate that as best as possible. If I go back….“

“I went through the drive-through today and ordered a pecan crunch oat latte hot, but it accidentally came out iced. I mentioned it at the window and even offered to come inside to wait, but the team insisted they’d bring the corrected drink out to me. Within just a few minutes, one of the baristas came out with my hot drink, all smiles, super professional, and even apologized for the wait. To my surprise, she also gave me a gift card for the mix-up—which honestly wasn’t even a big deal to me at all, but their gesture meant the world.
