I went through the drive-through today and ordered a pecan crunch oat latte hot, but it accidentally came out iced. I mentioned it at the window and even offered to come inside to wait, but the team insisted they’d bring the corrected drink out to me. Within just a few minutes, one of the baristas came out with my hot drink, all smiles, super professional, and even apologized for the wait. Their barista is friendly. The blended strawberry lemonade is so yummy. The breakfast sandwiches...lacking. A LOT! Over 5 bucks for a sandwich with more bread than anything else. Might stop in for a drink here or there, but will be far from a regular spot for breakfast.
We ordered 4 different drinks which were made correctly, and we all enjoyed them. One of my friends was really happy to know Starbucks offers coffee free drinks.
