“My girlfriend had described this shop as cozy and that's the perfect way to describe it. It's tucked away in the back of a strip mall but it's worth the hunt. Two (yes 2 next to each other) drive thru coffee providers are in the parking lot as you turn in...skip those! They weren't busy but Sweet Tee's was. Not busy uncomfortable, just a nice quiet crowd. We went to visit and drink coffee. Although there are upholstered chairs and sofas, we chose to sit at a table for two. We visited for close to 2 hours. I see they have a new location also in Olathe. Judging from the on-line pictures, I don't think it has this cozy feel. I'm in Leawood, but I'd make a special trip out there again. Good fun coffees. Hers was hot, mine was iced. We didn't try the pastries but looked really good.“

“We were in Olathe, so stopped in for a quick treat. I got the Miles Morales, which was SO tasty! My kiddo got a strawberry smoothie and we split a cookie, and those were also fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this very cool little locally owned coffee shop! it's a little tricky to find, but is right next door to Jumpin' Catfish.“

The bacon breakfast croissant, cinnamon roll, filled a donut w/ my daughter’s choice which made her so happy. Thank you for being so wonderful, made it a whole experience for us. “Overall a very nice experience, we will return and recommend. A few constructive criticisms. The charcuterie board left us underwhelmed with only 6 slices of salami and 6 cubes of cheese with the rest being filler snacks from Costco, kind of disappointing at $26. I’m an old fashion drinker and a good one in my opinion has house made simple syrup not a cube of sugar. With the nice selection of whiskeys this would really elevate the drinks. The shop is quaint and inviting with lots of history and items to see and buy. If you’ve got kids that can entertain themselves it’s perfectly fine but if you’ve got the kid who needs more variety it could use a little more beyond bags and horseshoes.“

“A very cozy and beautiful local coffee shop in the downtown of Gardner, Kansas. It is located in a very old and historic building. Wood floors and a decorative ceiling make you feel like you are stepping back into time somewhat. Every time I come inside it has a great aroma of coffee in the air (as you’d expect). I ordered the iced brown cow and it was really good. Not too sweet and also not too heavy on coffee. The chocolate chip muffin was just okay. It wasn’t anything special honestly, but this is a coffee shop after all and not a bakery so that’s alright. Maybe you’d enjoy them more than I did. I recommend stopping here if you enjoy old buildings and good coffee. It’s also a local business unique to the city of Gardner and I go to these establishments over Starbucks or any other chain. They are just so much better at everything.“

“Jinkies is the cutest place and has the most creative coffee drink inventions! All of their pastries are delicious also as they are all freshly baked in house. The atmosphere is so cute and they have awesome 70s inspired merchandise to purchase also. Support local give them a try!“

“This place was a lot of fun for my son. They have a climbing structure, items to use to help babies walk, items to bounce on. They also have a small cafe and even a cute little gift shop area with Bluey items. the only complaint I have is most places like this allow two adults for free with a child, this one has one free adult, I had to pay for my mom to go with me. Other than that, I loved it.“

They seek the dynamic middle of Biblical life between being Outward focused (seeker sensitive), true to scripture ( Biblical teachings), and plenty of opportunities to go deeper in discipleship (groups, studies, events, partner outreaches, ....). “I visited this Scooter's location for an afternoon meeting and it met my expectations. Since it was an off time there was plenty of parking, and plenty of seating inside the cafe. I've stopped drinking a ton of caffeine later in the day, so I opted for an unsweetened green tea and it tasted as it should. TBH it's very hard to mess up an iced green tea, so I was satisfied. After my meeting I moved to a booth and worked for about another hour before heading out. The wifi worked great, it was quiet. No complaints. Would I travel back here for that tea? Probably not - but also it's a green tea so it tastes about the same anywhere you go. I think next time I try scooter's I'll try to come in the morning so I can see what kind of coffee drinks they have to offer.“

The employees are trying, they are positive , they just need a few more associates to be able to run operations for the increase in sales.“

“Starbucks had its era, but it's getting a bit tired. Scooters is a refreshing change. I like the drive-thru when they tell you to "scoot on up". The staff always seems to be in a good mood. They also give my dogs puppy cups and a bit of attention. They're growing so fast for obvious reasons. Give them a try.“
