I've only been through the drive-thru, but have been there several times and everyone is friendly, helpful. The orders have always been correct and the flavors seem noticeably better than Starbucks. Very patient with helping me set up my Scooters app for coupons etc.
Very fast, very handy, no waiting and always the best tasting coffee!
