He took care of something that honestly wasn’t a big deal, yet he still went above and beyond to make it more than right. “I was in today and picked up my order. I usually go between a few locations as it depends on where I’m heading next. This is my favorite SK ever! The app order is always accurate (unlike others) and it’s usually waiting for me…again, unlike other locations. But today….they put my order in a protective bag to keep it safe from allergens. I have a food allergy and in all the years, this was a first! ❤️ Thankfully my reactions aren’t that severe, but there are many who fear contamination due to the severe reactions of just close proximity. Thank You!“

“Hey, Smoothie King corporate, can we please get these poor teenagers some extra help? These two kids, who could not have been older than seventeen, were by themselves, manning the entire store alone. They did a fantastic job, mind you, but I could tell they were swamped and frustrated. That isn't fair at all.
If people don't want to work, PAY THEM MORE, so they stay employed. This is just absolutely insane. Or give these kids the ability to turn off online ordering so they aren't juggling a ton of tickets all at once.
I feel so awful for the staff at most of your stores. It's always one or two teenagers, fighting for their lives for minimum wage or just above.
They work hard and should be treated better.“

“Love Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. When a drink comes with the lime straw, it should be a given. Arguing about it and then saying we need to pay for them when it specifically says on the website that the edible lime straw comes with the mango drink! No problem though, we just took our 4-6 drink order (every day Mon-Fri) plus tip somewhere else. No need to be embarrassed in front of other people over a straw that comes with a drink.“
“Tasty Boba, Taro, and Milk Tea, as well as Thai Coffee and Fresh Fruit in Mango and Strawberry. The best place to stop in and grab a refreshment when visiting the Oak Park Mall.“
“The people at the Greenwood store treated us so well! Lastnight I ordered four drinks and they were flat the drinks had sprite in them and the carbonation was out! I called and they were so nice I went to replace the drinks today and they gave us bigger ones and got us in and out fast! Customer service was great! I recommend this place 100 percent! Also very good prices!“

“This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably stressful situation.“

“I've only been through the drive-thru, but have been there several times and everyone is friendly, helpful. The orders have always been correct and the flavors seem noticeably better than Starbucks. Very patient with helping me set up my Scooters app for coupons etc.“

“We recently hired Daylight Donuts to cater the Senior Picnic for our school, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Seiji, the owner, was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. He even gave us a discount on our order, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The donuts were ready right on time, beautifully presented, and best of all… still hot when we set them out for the students 🍩✨ They were fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with everyone at the event.
Five stars for sure!“

“Had the best interaction with the employees! I love their peach wave sparkling soda. Found out you can add cold foam to it with any flavor that is in the drink. I had the barista flabbergasted me with the coconut cold foam and absolutely loved it!“

“My wife and I have been big Scooter's fans for years. That said this location has spotty quality. We have been using this location multiple times a week since it opened. Yesterday my wife received a burrito that had not been warmed up. Today my wife and I both received Mochas that had no chocolate syrup in them. I will be driving a bit out of my way to visit other locations over this one.“
“LOVE THIS PLACE, vamis and radlika were both EXCELLENT. They even went out and attempted to make me a cookies and cream sundae after seeing how disappointed I was that they were out of normal cookies and cream ice cream. THEY BOTH NEED A RAISE!!“

“We went today to Fresh Cane Juicery with couple of my girls friends and we all enjoyed our juice and smoothies. Everything is fresh and made in front of you and the sugar cane juice with ginger is the best !! Price is good especially for all the fresh fruit you got. This little place is the best❤️the lady serving was very nice and attentive.“
