I rarely stop for coffee at this Caribou Coffee inside Hy-Vee, but over the years each of my few interactions has been very pleasant. Today was no different. Shout out to Allen and his colleague for making sure we knew about the specials, knowledgeably answering our questions, double-checking if we wanted a dairy alternative for just one or both of our coffees, making our drinks with care, and some short but fun conversation about the daily trivia question.
