“Was my 1st time and I was excited....I walked in smiling but my smile fell asleep immediately the one cashier grabbed the other and pointed at me whispering. I looked behind me but no one else was entering. I shrugged it off immediately because the place itself was such an amazing sight. I loved the setup and I spent quite a few minutes just walking around admiring such variety. The only downfall was the staff behind the counter watching me closely but never asking if I needed anything. Another customer smiled at me warmly and asked if it was my 1st time and explained about how everything works....I then got a few pastries 🍰 to try and walked over to the first register.both cashiers were now leaning against the counter on cell phones and when I said hi is this where I check out? The girl whose register is was in front of looked at me and walked away . I took my tray to the next register and repeated the same question. The young lady bagged my items and never said a word except to tell me my total. I wanted to ask for a manager but I was pressed for time. The pastry was incredible and I would love to take my daughter's there but with staff like that?“

“The customer service at this Daylight Donuts is second to none. I submitted an online order the night before my daughter's birthday for letter donuts spelling her name. The owner called me, after hours, to clarify the type of frosting I wanted for the donuts. I didn't realize I needed to submit the order at least 24 hours in advance, but the owner fulfilled the order anyway. The donuts were delicious and my daughter loved them. Thank you for coming to my rescue!“

“Upon arrival the several of the trays were very wet, these are the trays you put your fresh pastries on. I let the manager know so she went and got them but then pasted me to let me know it was only a few, then threw them in the sink never apologized. Very rude!!! I did let her know I took napkins and wipe the first 5 or so. She had nothing to say“

“The girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful with our order and purchase. If they don’t have many donuts in the cases don’t worry you can still request them to make more. They were very accommodating. The mochi donuts are so yummy we got cookies and cream, strawberry funnel cake, red velvet, and Nutella. They were all extremely delicious lots of flavor. My bf got the strawberry boba tea I usually don’t care for boba tea, but this was amazing and the sweetness of the donuts didn’t make the tea taste weird. I also bought the Dubai chocolate covered strawberry cup which was complete heaven. I definitely am going here again and buying all of this again! Great place and kind, hard-working people.“
